The purpose of the Catholic Youth Council (C.Y.C.) is to help boys and girls become ideal youth - loyal to God, church, community, and country. One aspect of the CYC program is athletics; the goals here are to help our youth become physically fit, promote good sportsmanship, and teach respect for rules, teamwork, and the ability to get along with others.
St. Ferdinand has teams in baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and golf. Grade offerings vary among sports. Sign-ups for baseball, softball and spring golf are in January; soccer, volleyball and fall golf in May; basketball and chess in September. Dates, times and places for sign-ups are published on teamsideline.com/cycnorthcounty.
Our Athletic Association helps support its activities through concession stand proceeds from the various sports seasons.
Depending on social distancing guidelines, leagues may be delayed or cancelled. If the season is cancelled, you will be issued a credit on your TeamSideline account to use for a future sports season with St. Ferdinand.

The St. Ferdinand Athletic Association thanks you for your interest in being coach. Thank you for all your time and effort. Without your work, there would be no sports program. This section contains information you, as a coach or assistant coach, will find useful and interesting.
All managers and coaches must have appropriate paper work on file with the rectory before first practice is conducted.
